We collect your mobile phone number exclusively to send you one-time verification codes (OTP) for account registration and login authentication. We do not use your phone number to send marketing messages, promotional messages, booking notifications, appointment reminders, or any other type of SMS communication. The only text messages you will receive from Ponteo are one-time security codes to verify your identity.
By providing your mobile phone number during account registration or login, you consent to receive automated one-time verification code messages at the mobile number you provide. These messages are sent solely for identity verification and account security purposes. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You will receive one (1) text message per login or registration attempt. Message frequency depends on how often you log in or register. No recurring or scheduled messages are sent.
You can stop receiving verification code messages at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. Please note that if you opt out of verification messages, you may be unable to log in to or access your Ponteo account, as phone verification is required for authentication.
